When we are preoccupied with our opportunities in business and life, we can lose sight of the end goal.
In business and life, there is no bigger emergency than having no customers. Without customers (think of customers in a new and different way – friends, family, associates etc.) there is no business or goal to achieve. Above all else, we need to keep the customer top of mind.
We need to tell and demonstrate our value add like it’s our one and only shot to do it, each and every time we interact with them. Act as if we won’t get a chance to tell or demonstrate it tomorrow.
Without our customer, there is no tomorrow.
