You have heard from parents, family members, friends, educators, and others that we should follow our dreams.
When you are new to an area, or you are learning something new, following is an effective and efficient way to expand your knowledge and wisdom base.
Following – means to come after something or someone. It implies a coming after immediately in a sequence determined by natural order (you do this, then that).
Following your dreams implies that you never catch them but consistently go after them.
As you grow in wisdom and knowledge, you see things from new and different perspectives and point-of-view. It’s somewhat like when you were a child you thought as a child and when you became a man or women you put away your childish ways – at least that is what we are supposed to do, Lol.
Following your dream is not childish, but it represented a mindset at a point in time in your life that you grew and moved past to experience more joy and happiness in your life.
In comes the chase my dream concept or mindset. Chasing – mean to go after or on the track of something or someone. It implies going swiftly after and trying to overtake something. If you are chasing something, you will eventually catch or pass it thus providing a sense of accomplishment.
Conclusion: Flowing your dreams allow you to build your base of learning, understanding, and increase your knowledge base; therefore, creating a solid foundation for your dream success. Chasing your dream arrives on the scene. It has tremendous confidence because of all the work follow your dream has done. It now begins to chase the dream, closing the gap and eventually overtake the dream.
Once the dream is captured you feel a sense of accomplishment, and you immediately start thinking about what’s next. You now know what you can do if you put your mind to it. Oh-by-the-way, you understand the dream follow and chase process much better – dreams do come true.
